Anti-corruption policy

The anti-corruption policy was created with the aim of Ventura Offshore maintaining the highest standards of transparency and ethics in all its activities.

Ventura Offshore has implemented a compliance program under Brazilian laws, as well as foreign laws that establish international parameters of corporate conduct such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) of the United States and the UK Bribery Act of the United Kingdom.

The company’s compliance program reflects its zero-tolerance policy regarding any type of illicit practice by its employees, including its directors and advisors, or by any person or institution representing or acting on its behalf. This same principle of “Zero Tolerance” is now reflected by Ventura Offshore through this anti-corruption policy.
