Anti-corruption policy
The anti-corruption policy was created to maintain the Ventura Offshore posture of upholding the highest standards of transparency and ethics in all its activities. The Ventura Offshore has implemented a compliance program in accordance with Brazilian laws, as well as foreign laws that establish international parameters of corporate conduct such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) of the United States and the UK Bribery Act of the United Kingdom.

Privacy policy
The privacy policy aims to reaffirm the commitment of Petroserv Marine Inc. Group to the rules of the General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709, August 14, 2018 (LGPD), and to its Privacy and Data Protection Governance Program (PGPD) in all its environments. The policy aims, among other aspects, to explain how personal data is collected, used, and shared by the company, as well as to outline the rights of data subjects and how they can exercise them.
