The beginning of the year represents a strategic opportunity to reinforce direction, align expectations, and strengthen leadership presence across operations. In this context, our senior management team conducted a structured schedule of onboard visits.
Participants included CEO Mr. Guilherme Coelho; COO Mr. Luis Mariano; Operations Support Director Mr. José Miranda; QSMS Manager Marco Barbosa; as well as leaders from the Procurement and Human Resources departments and the Rig Managers.
The agenda included close monitoring of operational routines, meetings with onboard teams, active listening, and alignment of the Company’s strategic priorities. The core pillars guiding our performance were clearly reinforced: safety as a non-negotiable value, process efficiency, and operational excellence as our standard of delivery.
The presence of senior leadership onboard reaffirms Ventura Offshore’s commitment to hands-on, transparent management that remains closely connected to operational realities. This proximity enables more assertive decision-making, greater cross-functional integration, and the continued strengthening of our organizational culture.
