The beginning of the year represents a strategic opportunity to reinforce direction, align expectations, and strengthen leadership presence across operations. In this context, our senior management team conducted a structured schedule of onboard visits.\u00a0<\/p>

Participants included CEO Mr. Guilherme Coelho; COO Mr. Luis Mariano; Operations Support Director Mr. Jos\u00e9 Miranda; QSMS Manager Marco Barbosa; as well as leaders from the Procurement and Human Resources departments and the Rig Managers.<\/p>

The agenda included close monitoring of operational routines, meetings with onboard teams, active listening, and alignment of the Company\u2019s strategic priorities. The core pillars guiding our performance were clearly reinforced: safety as a non-negotiable value, process efficiency, and operational excellence as our standard of delivery.<\/p>

The presence of senior leadership onboard reaffirms Ventura Offshore\u2019s commitment to hands-on, transparent management that remains closely connected to operational realities. This proximity enables more assertive decision-making, greater cross-functional integration, and the continued strengthening of our organizational culture.<\/p>

The interactions once again highlighted the high level of professionalism, discipline, and engagement demonstrated by the offshore teams. Care for people, strict adherence to procedures, and a proactive approach to risk management reflect operational maturity and shared responsibility.<\/p>
