The Anti-Corruption Policy is an essential part of Ventura Offshore\u2019s compliance program, reflecting\nthe senior management's commitment to ensuring compliance in its activities and establishing\ninternal rules that must be observed by employees, representatives, and associates of Ventura\nOffshore when acting on its behalf.<\/p>

The Anti-Corruption Policy complies with Brazilian laws as well as foreign laws that set international\nparameters for corporate conduct, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) of the United\nStates and the UK Bribery Act of the United Kingdom.\u00a0 This Policy must be applied in conjunction with\nthe principles and rules established in the Code of Ethical Conduct and in its other policies and\nprocedures.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
