Gunnar Eliassen has over 15 years\u2019 experience in the global oil and gas drilling industry. In the period from 2016 to 2023, he held several positions within the Seatankers group, including managerial roles and different board positions. Before joining Seatankers, Gunnar was a partner at Pareto Securities in New York and Oslo. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics. Gunnar is a Norwegian citizen and resides in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

B\u00f8rge Johansen is an independent investor and a Sector Alarm, NAXS and 360Logistics board member. He was the founder and CEO of Aurora LPG. Before Aurora, he was the Head of Offshore Industries in Oslo Asset Management. He also has many years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance resulting from the Carnegie investment bank, Creo Advisors consulting company and Andersen Consulting. B\u00f8rge holds a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian Science and Technology University, is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Michael Windeler has over 20 years\u2019 experience in the offshore drilling industry and over five years\u2019 experience in the natural gas industry. His career includes engineering and leadership roles in major companies, such as Seadrill, Frigstad Engineering and Transocean. Michael holds a Master\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Offshore Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Oceanic Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Newfoundland Memorial University and a Certificate in Applied Sciences in Engineering from Acadia University. Furthermore, he completed the Building on Talent program at the IMD Business School, and holds a certificate in Leadership with Finance from the Harvard Business School. Dr. Guilherme Coelho is an executive with over 20 years\u2019 experience in international leadership in the area of offshore drilling. He previously served as Senior-Vice President for Brazil at Vard Group and held several positions of increasing responsibilities in the Legal, Marketing, Operations, Executive Strategy and Management areas at Transocean, including Vice-President of Strategy and Portfolio Management, Vice-President of the Africa and Mediterranean Business Unit and Managing Director of the South America Division. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), in Brazil, holds a Master\u2019s degree in International Business Law (LL.M.) from Universit\u00e9 Panth\u00e9on-Assas (Paris- II), in France, an MBA from IMD, in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a PhD from Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux, in France.
