Dr. Guilherme Coelho is an executive with over 20 years\u2019 experience in international leadership in the area of offshore drilling. He previously served as Senior-Vice President for Brazil at Vard Group and held several positions of increasing responsibilities in the Legal, Marketing, Operations, Executive Strategy and Management areas at Transocean, including Vice-President of Strategy and Portfolio Management, Vice-President of the Africa and Mediterranean Business Unit and Managing Director of the South America Division.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), in Brazil, holds a Master\u2019s degree in International Business Law (LL.M.) from Universit\u00e9 Panth\u00e9on-Assas (Paris-II), in France, an MBA from IMD, in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a PhD from Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux, in France. Dr. Coelho is a Brazilian citizen and resides in Brazil.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Linneu Mello has been an Attorney since 1990, and has been a partner at major law offices. Vast experience in contract structuring, as well as in complex corporate and tax planning, and excellent knowledge of litigation strategy. Luis Mariano is an energy sector executive with over 25 years of international experience, having worked in several regions worldwide, including Asia, Europe, Africa, North America and South America. Since June 2023, he holds a leadership position at Ventura Offshore. Along his career, Luis has held executive positions at important companies of the oil and gas industry, such as Transocean, Valaris e Seadrill. His experience covers operations in shallow and deep water, serving a wide variety of customers in different markets. In addition to operational performance, he also has solid experience in the areas of Human Resources, Marketing and QHSE, both at regional and corporate levels, which contributes to a strategic and integrated vision of company management. Marcelo Issa has a degree in Economics and Law, in addition to an MBA in finance. He has over 25 years\u2019 experience in finance, accounting and administrative departments across various sectors, such as oil and gas, retail and banks. He has a proven track record as a leader of complex projects, including debt restructuring, ERP development, and cost monitoring. Mardonildo Filho is a highly experienced executive in the oil and gas sector, with more than 20 years dedicated to offshore operations and project management. Before joining Ventura Offshore, he held various positions at Transocean since 2002. Furthermore, he served as COO at Knarr Drilling, where he led the strategic business analysis for the acquisition of assets from Sete Brasil and defined the operational philosophy of the new company. Carlos Roberto Guimar\u00e3es is an experienced professional in naval and offshore engineering, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a specialization in Naval Engineering from the Rio de Janeiro Federal University - UFRJ. He began his career at the Ishibras Shipyard, where he held the position of Naval\/Offshore Production Director, gaining international experience in Japan. He held leadership positions at companies such as Mau\u00e1 Shipyard, IVI Shipyard and Petroserv, managing projects and offshore operations in several countries, including the United States, Sweden, Finland, Singapore and South Korea. Currently, Carlos is the Chief Engineering Officer at Ventura Offshore, where he applies his global expertise to lead with innovation and excellence in offshore engineering.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jos\u00e9 Maria Miranda<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Jos\u00e9 Maria Miranda has been working in the oil and gas area for more than 40 years, approximately 18 years of which at the Ventura Offshore group. He began his career at Paulipetro, where he served as the Company's Representative (Company Man) in an onshore drilling campaign in the Paran\u00e1 Basin, Brazil. Later, and later became a Rig Manager at Montreal Engenharia, on jack-up units, Technical Manager at UME (Unap Montreal Etesco) in the operation of deepwater offshore drilling units as well as a production unit. He was also part of Petrodrill, where he worked as a Drilling and Commissioning Engineer in the construction of semi-submersibles units at various international sites. He then served as a Rig Manager at Pride and, finally, at Transocean, working on ultra-deepwater drilling units. He holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Drilling Engineering from the Petrobras University. Sujoy Kumar Seal has over 30 years of experience in the maritime industry, with strong expertise in shipbuilding, as well as technical and commercial operations. He has been actively involved in more than 60 shipbuilding projects and has held senior leadership roles at global companies such as Aurora LPG, Atlantic Tankers AS, Aurora Wilhelmsen Management Ltd, Transpetrol TM, and the BW Group.
