The Ventura Vortex Program is intended to train high-performance professionals to work on our\ndrilling units, preparing them for the oil and gas sector challenges over a 2-year period. With an\naccelerated and extremely practical training, the program develops newly graduated college students\nwith a high growth potential, equipping them to take on strategic roles in their respective fields.<\/p>
