(the \"Company\") published on 27 June 2024 regarding the acquisition of<br>Catarina, a 2012 built semisubmersible drilling rig, where USD 5 million of the<br>consideration for the rig is settled by issuance of 1,776,050 consideration<br>shares (the \"Consideration Shares\") in the Company at a price of NOK 30 per<br>Consideration Share to the seller of the rig. <br><br>Today, the Consideration Shares have been legally and validly issued and fully<br>paid. Following this share issue, the issued share capital of the Company is<br>1,046,093.84 divided into 104,609,384 common shares, each with a par value of<br>USD 0.01.
