Dr. Coelho is a seasoned offshore drilling executive with over 20 years of international leadership experience. Prior to his current position, Dr. Coelho acted as Senior Vice President Brazil at Vard Group and had positions of increasing responsibility in legal, marketing, operations, line management and strategy at Transocean, including Vice President Strategy and Portfolio Management, Vice President for the Africa & Mediterranean Business Unit, and Managing Director for the South America Division.
He holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil, an LL.M. from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris-II), in France, an MBA from IMD, in Switzerland, and a Doctorate from Université de Bordeaux, in France. Dr. Coelho is a Brazilian citizen and resides in Brazil.

Luis Mariano is an energy sector executive who has worked in different regions of the world, such as Asia, Africa and North and South America, for more than 20 years. He has held several leadership roles at major oil and gas industry players such as Transocean, Valaris and Seadrill. He also has experience in Human Resources, Marketing and QHSE. His experience spans shallow and deep water operations with a variety of different clients.
Marcelo Issa has a degree in Economics and Law, as well as an MBA in finance. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial, accounting and administrative departments across diverse sectors, such as oil and gas, retail and banking. He has a proven track record leading complex projects such as debt restructuring, ERP development and cost monitoring. At Ventura Offshore, he was responsible for structuring financial and administrative operations in India and Indonesia and participated in the debt restructuring process.
Mardonildo Filho is an oil and gas executive with proven experience in offshore operations and project management. Before joining Ventura Offshore, he held various positions at Transocean since 2002. He was also the former COO of Knarr Drilling, carrying out the strategic business analysis of the acquisition of Sete Brasil assets and the operational philosophy of the new company.
Carlos Guimarães has extensive experience in shipbuilding and offshore structures. Participated in the design and construction of eleven merchant ships, two jack-ups, three constructions of new platforms and two platform conversions in several Brazilian shipyards and in Japan, USA, Singapore and Korea. He has been with Ventura Offshore for almost 25 years and is responsible for a team of engineers specialized in various disciplines dedicated to the company's fleet.
José Maria Miranda is an engineer and manager with more than 40 years of experience in platform engineering, design and drilling. Before joining Ventura Offshore, José served as platform manager for the Deepwater Expedition drillship at Transocean in Brazil. He also managed Brazil's semisubmersible Pride while the rig worked for Petrobras.
